Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how JEANIE, LLC, doing business as Flaming Dragon (“Flaming Dragon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information through flamingdragonmusic.com (the “Site”).

Information you provide

The Site offers two ways to contact Flaming Dragon:

  • Business inquiries: You may provide your name (optional), email address, and a business-related message.
  • Stay in touch: You may provide your name, email address, phone number or social handle, and an optional note.

The “Stay in touch” form is a personal contact form. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a newsletter, mailing list, or marketing program. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through either form.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as an IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, referring pages, and pages requested. This information may also be used to detect spam, fraud, abuse, or technical problems.

The Site uses Adobe Fonts. When a font is delivered, Adobe may receive limited technical information such as the Site hostname and an IP address needed to deliver the font. Adobe states that its website-font service does not set or use cookies to serve fonts and does not store the IP address it receives for font delivery.

How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Review and respond to business inquiries.
  • Respond to people who choose to stay in touch.
  • Maintain appropriate records of communications.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
  • Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, or other harmful activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights.

Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on your request for us to take steps or communicate with you, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating the Site securely, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where we specifically request it.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you, including:

  • Netlify: website hosting, form processing, spam filtering, submission storage, and form notifications.
  • Google Gmail: receipt and storage of form notifications and email correspondence.
  • Adobe Fonts: delivery of the Site’s typefaces.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and advertising trackers

As of the “Last updated” date below, the Site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or behavioral analytics cookies. If we introduce nonessential tracking in the future, we will update this notice and use consent controls where required.

Data retention

Form submissions and related correspondence are retained in Netlify and Gmail only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the Site, and satisfy legal obligations. We periodically review stored submissions and delete information that is no longer needed for those purposes.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online system or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we and our providers rely on recognized legal mechanisms and safeguards for international data transfers.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to complain to a local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

To make a privacy request, email us at flaming.dragon.business@gmail.com.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Third-party links

The Site links to social media and other third-party services. Those services control their own privacy practices, and their policies apply when you visit them.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date below.
